Service Description

Book our exciting experience with your children, come by our farm, meet and greet the donkeys groom the donkeys, then once they are nice and shiny the children get to ride round our beautiful farm. This is for children from the age of 2-13 that are under 9 Stone. We do ask that any child under the age 4 must come with responsible adult. Terms and Conditions • If you choose to cancel a booking with more than one week’s notice, we will refund the booking cost minus the booking fees or we can change the booking date for you • If you choose to cancel a booking with one week’s notice or less, we will refund half the booking cost or change the booking date for you • If you choose to cancel a booking within 48 hours or do not show up on the day, then you will not receive a refund and we cannot offer you an alternative date • We have a strict no dog policy on the farm or walk. • This involves being in close proximity to livestock and as such, there are risks involved. What to Wear Customers should wear appropriate clothing for a farm, expecting to potentially get muddy. Our farm is on clay so sensible footwear is a must (wellies in the Winter, walking boots or trainers in summer) NO Open shoes can be worn.
