Premium Donkey Picnic
Service Description
Enjoy an unforgettable 2-hour countryside adventure designed exclusively for two people and one very special donkey companion. Your experience begins with a warm welcome as you meet our friendly herd of donkeys. You'll choose your walking companion for the day and spend time getting to know them through hands-on grooming, learning about their unique personalities and care. We'll teach you proper leading techniques to ensure you feel confident and comfortable, then you'll set off together to explore the farm at a leisurely pace. Your donkey will carry a delicious, freshly prepared picnic in their traditional panniers as you wander through our beautiful grounds in search of the perfect spot.

Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE: IT MAY BE A LITTLE DAMP AND SOFT IN PLACES. PLEASE BRING THE RIGHT FOOTWEAR! Please bear in mind we do have a few rules as this is a working farm. · Please no smoking on the premises. · Please no screaming or shouting round the livestock. · This involves being close proximity to livestock and as such, there are risks involved. · Please leave the premises quietly and mannerly · Please do not drop litter. · We have a no dog policy on the farm. · Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn. · Please use hand sanitiser once you have finished touching livestock. · Please be considerate to others. · We have a strict no dog policy on the farm or walk. This involves being in close proximity to livestock and as such, there are risks involved. What to Wear Customers should wear appropriate clothing for a farm, expecting to potentially get muddy. Our farm is on clay so sensible footwear is a must (wellies in the Winter, walking boots or trainers in summer) NO Open shoes can be worn. Terms and Conditions If you choose to cancel a booking with more than one week’s notice, we will refund the booking cost minus the booking fees or we can change the booking date for you If you choose to cancel a booking with one week’s notice or less, we will refund half the booking cost or change the booking date for you If you choose to cancel a booking within 72 hours or do not show up on the day, then you will not receive a refund and we cannot offer you an alternative date Weather We do carry on if the weather is raining however on a few circumstances due to flooding and torrential rain we do cancel and let everyone reschedule for another date. I will try and give everyone 24 hours, however this can be a little difficult due to the weather forecast getting it wrong until 12 hours before. I will in most circumstances let you choose if you would like to carry on on the day or not. This is normally done via phone call or email.
